At Feelpix, each product is custom-made with love, just for you. Because our photo frames and gifts are personalized, we follow a strict return policy to ensure fairness and quality service.
Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns on personalized products unless:

The product is damaged in transit

The wrong item/size/design was sent

The product has a manufacturing defect
If your order meets any of the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue

A short description of the problem
Once verified, we will:

Replace the damaged/incorrect item, or

Offer store credit or partial refund, depending on the case.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Customer-uploaded images with low resolution or incorrect orientation

Minor color differences due to screen settings

Delays caused by courier partners (though we’ll help you track and resolve them)
