At Feelpix, each product is custom-made with love, just for you. Because our photo frames and gifts are personalized, we follow a strict return policy to ensure fairness and quality service.

 

Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns on personalized products unless:

  • The product is damaged in transit

  • The wrong item/size/design was sent

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

If your order meets any of the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the problem

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the damaged/incorrect item, or

  • Offer store credit or partial refund, depending on the case.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Customer-uploaded images with low resolution or incorrect orientation

  • Minor color differences due to screen settings

  • Delays caused by courier partners (though we’ll help you track and resolve them)

 

 How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at support@shop.bharattapp.com or WhatsApp us within 48 hours

  2. Attach:

    • Order ID

    • Photo(s) of the product & packaging

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are processed only in special cases (like double payment or out-of-stock).
Once approved, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
